40,000 NZ home owners were right all along. Many people who have lived in solid wood houses comment on how warm and comfortable they are. This is in spite of these houses having walls with a low R value. PAN ABODE Cedar Homes famous for Cedar Post and Beam, Timber, and Log Homes...closed the book on an era of sales and manufacturing at the original "Kennydale" site next to Lake Washington Along I-405 in Renton. Pan Abode developed the KennyDale site in the early 50's when I-405 was just a local access road. The new site is located in downtown Renton at the corner of SW Grady Way & Maple Ave SW.
